SCOTUS got you down? How can one remain a Catholic and an American? Where do we go from here?
The US society that we live in today has many conflicting views and practices that are contrary to the Catholic faith. This has been a challenge for many Catholics in the US to have an identity check and determine whether they put their loyalty to their faith or country. This is nothing new for Catholics in the U.S. and there has always been a challenge to be faithful Catholics and responsible US citizens. This discussion will briefly take a look at the struggles that the Catholic community had to face in the U.S., the achievements made, and the possible outcomes in the future for Catholics in America.
