Okay guys, here's how this is going to work... Our goal is to lock-in the group rate pricing for 15+ individuals, so we'll be holding pre-orders on tickets. Here's the breakdown:
Group Rate
$33/ticket (including tax/city fee)
$4 to help pay for parking ($20 per vehicle)
$5 to help pay for gas
TOTAL: $42 per person
Regular Price
$53/ticket
$20 parking per vehicle
$? gas
TOTAL: $73+
Ticket pre-orders can be purchased from Stephanie Culy at any time either during To the Heights events or at other young adult activities in the area (we will post where/when she will be). Cash or check payments only; checks can be made out to Stephanie Culy.
A receipt will be issued for each payment.
If we do not meet our goal of the group rate, all payments will be refunded in full and the event potentially canceled due to costs.
No refunds will be given after tickets are purchased Tuesday, July 28th (if the group rate has been successfully locked in).
DAY OF SCHEDULE:
8:30am | Mass at Presentation Parish (4123 Robertson Ave, Sacramento)
9:15am | Carpool leaves for Vallejo (cars are free to stop for breakfast on the way down)
10:30am | Park is open until 9:00pm; departure time will be dependent on each carpool vehicle
